AT&T Product Innovation

Turning complex product strategy into clear experiences, scalable design systems, and executive-ready stories.

Lead

As a Lead Visual & Presentation Designer supporting AT&T's Product Innovation organization, I translate complex product concepts, research insights, emerging opportunities, and strategic initiatives into executive-ready communications and scalable visual systems.

Expansive

My work spans executive storytelling, information design, Figma-based systems, digital experiences, presentations, and visual communication—helping teams align around ideas, communicate opportunities, and move initiatives forward.

225+

Projects across multiple teams and initiatives, spanning executive presentations, research readouts, workshops, journey maps, one-pagers, print, and digital communication.

AT&T

Selected work across Product Innovation, executive communications, digital experiences, design systems, and strategic initiatives.

01 Product Innovation & Executive Storytelling

Product Innovation often involves communicating complex ideas before the path forward is fully defined. I translate research, product strategy, emerging opportunities, and complex information into clear visual narratives that help leadership and cross-functional teams understand priorities, evaluate opportunities, and align around next steps.

Making complex ideas easier to understand, communicate, and act on.

02 Design Systems & Scale

As the volume and variety of Product Innovation work grew, I developed reusable Figma components, presentation templates, visual frameworks, and communication assets that helped the team work more consistently and efficiently.

The goal was not simply to create individual deliverables, but to build systems that could scale across projects, teams, and communication needs.

Built for reuse, consistency, and speed.

Developed a growing library of reusable components and assets that allowed teams to communicate complex initiatives with greater consistency while reducing repetitive design work.

Backlog Process

Designed a reusable presentation component for executive overviews, allowing teams to quickly customize the information displayed for each project using simple show/hide controls.

Module Card

Created a reusable module card that standardized how project details and timelines were presented. The flexible structure allowed users to quickly update content and duration without recreating layouts from scratch.

Executive Backlog Card

Developed a modular executive backlog card that organized key project details into a consistent, scannable format. Custom components allowed teams to tailor each card to individual initiatives while maintaining a unified view of progress across the portfolio.

Presentation Templates

Expanded AT&T Product Innovation's presentation template library with editable slide systems, device mockups, and reusable layouts that enabled teams to create polished, consistent presentations more efficiently.

03 Digital & Experience Design

I bring visual design, information architecture, and user-centered thinking into digital experiences that make complex information easier to navigate and understand.

My work ranges from conceptual websites and interactive experiences to journey maps, user flows, and responsive experience concepts.

EXPERIENCE MAPPING

Visualizing the Experience Journey

From static mapping to interactive exploration

The team had developed an initial journey map to visualize a complex process. I translated the concept into a more structured, interactive experience that gave users multiple ways to explore and understand the information based on their needs.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

AT&T Discounts Experience

Explored digital experience concepts designed to help users navigate complex offers and information more intuitively across desktop and mobile environments.

AI-ASSISTED PROTOTYPING

Rapid Concept Development with AI

AI-assisted prototyping

Using AI-assisted workflows, I rapidly translated early concepts and information structures into functional digital prototypes that helped teams visualize potential experiences, explore interactions, and communicate ideas more effectively with stakeholders and developers.

AT&T Bundle Offers

Designed a responsive concept that allowed users to explore prebuilt service bundles or create a customized package based on their needs.

Design

Designed the overall experience and visual direction using AI-assisted prototyping, applying design judgment to refine the interface, content hierarchy, and interaction patterns.

UI / UX

Created a clear, modern interface that simplified the process of comparing packages, selecting services, and understanding available options.

Experience Overview

The experience gives users two clear paths: explore predefined bundles or build a custom package.

Bundle Packages

Designed three predefined bundles, highlighting the most popular option to help users quickly identify a recommended choice.

Choose Your Services

Users can select individual services, see pricing and discounts update dynamically, and receive recommendations for additional services.

04 BEAD Program: Strategic Communication

Reframing complex information through visual storytelling.

Challenge: The BEAD program required complex information to be communicated clearly and consistently across external-facing materials supporting stakeholder engagement and bid activity.

My Role: I led the visual redesign of BEAD program communications, creating a cohesive visual system that improved hierarchy, clarity, and storytelling across presentation and proposal materials.

Approach: I focused on creating a visual language that could make technical and program information easier to understand while maintaining a polished, credible presentation for external audiences.

Outcome: The redesigned communication system strengthened visual consistency, improved clarity, and supported stakeholder engagement and bid activity.
